Water and Wastewater Management Just Got Easier.
In 2021, Real Tech continued to innovate creating the world’s most advanced multiple UV/VIS LED water quality monitoring and testing platform. Our innovative technologies allowed us to take advantage of the benefits of utilizing multiple ultraviolet and visible LEDs within our new dedicated platform of real-time sensors and portable field meters, achieving superior measurement performance.
Each instrument is tailored with multiple UV/VIS LEDs that are specifically selected for the water quality parameter being measured and come factory calibrated for measuring right out of the box. For sites with more complex water matrices, Real Tech’s Liquid Ai Data Analytics services and software can support with providing custom site-specific calibrations to always ensure our clients have confidence in their results.
This new mid-tier product line bridges the gap between single wavelength photometric instruments and full spectrum scanning spectrophotometric instruments to offer measurement of many important water quality parameters in a simple, accurate and low-cost way.
Real Tech is advancing the management of water and wastewater empowering operators with rapid event detection and real process control opportunities.
Simple and Affordable Real-Time Monitoring
Early in the year, we continued to expand our real-time UV/VIS LED sensor line creating a comprehensive offering of solutions for affordable, continuous water and wastewater monitoring. This included a robust, industrial-grade titanium probe available for BOD, COD, TOC, colour, chromium VI, benzene, and ozone monitoring. Several new bypass style sensors were also released, including our new fluorescence-based Hydrocarbons (Oil in Water) sensor.
Rapid Testing Field Meters
In the summer of 2021, we were thrilled to launch a much-anticipated new generation of rapid testing field meters for BOD, COD, TOC, DOC, TSS and colour detection. Benefiting from patented technology and long-lasting UV/VIS LEDs, the meters provide simple and affordable testing for many applications.
These new UV/VIS LED meters hit the market with a great deal of excitement and interest, providing a much-needed alternative to conventional lab methods for organics testing. The meters offer many attractive features for the user including results in seconds – no waiting for lab results, reagent free operation, and portability for field sampling, making it an ideal operations tool for any water or wastewater treatment plant.
Our clients are referring to their new BOD/COD meters as a “game changer”!
If you haven’t tried it yet there is no better time than the present to see for yourself the empowerment and time and cost savings this meter can bring to your grab sample testing routines.
Putting the Power of Data into the Hands of the User
To accompany our new line of UV/VIS LED field meters, Real Tech released a new product to our Liquid Ai data services platform – the Liquid Ai Data Management PC Software.
This intuitive software empowers users with data management capabilities, giving access to additional starter data models to expand application detection capabilities. With our easy automatic data model builder tool, we are empowering our clients with the ability to build custom site-specific data models, increasing the accuracy and robustness of measurement for their new UV/VIS LED meter for their specific water conditions.
The new UV/VIS LED meters and Liquid Ai Data Management PC Software enable users to gain access to rapid, reliable water quality data that traditionally was only available through time and labour-intensive laboratory sampling methods. Early fans of the product are seeing instant benefits and payback, reducing the dependency on the lab for BOD and COD analyses and obtaining quick results for process control opportunities.
2022 OUTLOOK THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT!
As we reflect on 2021, we are grateful and appreciative for all those that choose Real Tech for their water quality monitoring needs and thank you for your business. As we look to 2022, we are excited to share a sneak peek of new instruments that will be coming soon, which includes our new full UV scanning spectrum titanium probe for accurate monitoring of nitrites, nitrates and more.
