Want to try a new water quality instrument or test a new application?

The Trailblazer Program lets you get hands on for 30 to 60 days. If you like the instrument and results from your trial period, you’ll receive a discount off your new product!

How the Real Tech Trailblazer Program Works

1. Submit a Request

Fill out an application form on our website or request a form from your Real Tech representative. Complete the form and confirm you are able to meet the Terms and Conditions of the program if accepted.

2. Receive Confirmation

Once we review your request, we will follow up to confirm eligibility, product availability and send you a confirmation if accepted.

3. Program Agreement

Sign the Trailblazer Program Agreement form and our team will reach out to arrange your product shipment.

4. Try your Product

Receive your product and start using it for the length of your trial period.

5. Review your Product

Once the trial period has ended, our team will send you a survey to complete and schedule a meeting to collect your review and results from your trial period, as well as discuss next steps.

6. Exclusive Offer or Return

If you decide to purchase the product, you will receive a discount off the sale price. If you decide the instrument is not for you, simply return the product to Real Tech.
